Destilter

Desilter is composed of 8-12 nos φ125 polyurethane hydraulic cyclone and a small fine shaker combination. It is used to remove the drilling fluids 20-40μm harmful solid phase. 

Desilter is the third important solids control facility in drilling mud purification systems. It could enhance the performance of drilling mud and can work together with desander cleaner. The commonly used cone is 4" or 5", which can remove 15-47μm solids particles in drilling fluids. Desilter is also called Hydrocyclone Desilter on the basis of clients' handling ability.

Besides oilfield drilling fluids separation, our HY series desilter is also used in horizontal directional drilling(HDD), coal bed methane drilling, bored piling, micro-tunneling and another trenchless project.
