Slickline Wireline PCE

A typically Slickline or Wireline PCE is mainly including：

Wellhead Adapter

Connect BOP and wellhead, with flanged and crossover types.

Tool Trap
Fixed above BOP and under lubricator, tool trap is used to prevent basic wireline tool string from falling downhole.

BOP
Installed between the lower lubricator section and tree connection (Wellhead). The BOP typically will hold pressure from below. It offers facilities for the emergency and contingency procedures. When closed, it enables the well pressure to be separated and released from the lubricator while keeping the wellbore valves open.

Hydraulic Stuffing Box
Controls the running of slickline into the lubricator and down the wellbore and contains any well pressure that may exist.

Grease Injection Control Head
It’s designed to lubricate wireline and seal off the well pressure through pumping grease into the flow tubes.

Lubricator
It’s used to accommodate wireline tool string while rigging up, and during wireline operations, as well as when entering the wellbore and returning to surface.

Tool Catcher
Provides a method of capturing the toolstring in the event that the slickline / wireline is separated from the ropesocket / cablehead during wireline operations where the tools may come into forceful contact with the bottom of stuffing box or packoff / control head assembly.

Hay Pulley
Manipulate the direction of the wireline or cable from a horizontal position to a vertical position. Then route to the stuffing box from the the wireline unit.

Quick Test Sub 
It’s designed to save rig time while pressure testing a lubricator rig up, before exposing it to well pressure.
