Desander cyclones is an important part of desander and desilter, which is used to remove remaining cuttings larger than barite. When barite is added to drilling fluids, the bottom desilter passes through 100~325 mesh screen, thus can recover most barite and also can continuously remove drill cuttings larger than mesh.

Desander cyclones: 500GPM, separates solid-phase 45~75μm.

Desilter cyclones: 80 GPM, separates solid phase 15 ~45μm.
